Garlic Chicken Fry

You Need:

  • Chicken, preferably cut into small pieces.
  • Lots of Garlic.
  • Green Chilly.
  • Coriander Seeds.
  • Cumin Seeds.
  • Salt.
  • Two tablespoons of oil.
  • Fresh mint and / or coriander for garnish.

Make a paste with garlic, green chilly, coriander seeds, cumin seeds and salt. Marinate the chicken pieces in this paste for at least 3-4 hours.

Heat oil in a large pan. Add the chicken pieces and cook on high heat for about 2-3 minutes. Then on low heat, covered for about 8-9 minutes.

Open the lid and switch to high heat. Cook while stirring occasionally till the chicken gets a nice color and is fully cooked.
