This is a snack, which is vegan, low carb, no oil and super uncomplicated.
You need:
- Okra.
- Garlic Paste.
- Pepper Powder
Take Okra. Wash them. Let them sit in a colander for at least 10 mins. Rub garlic paste and pepper powder and leave them for another ten minutes.
Skewer them with a bamboo skewer stick. This is not mandatory but will make life a lot easy. If you don’t want to use skewers, put a hole in all the okra’s.
Heat a girdle pan. Place the Okra on a stick. Press it down. A couple of mins on high heat, flip them over. Its done when you are satisfied. Want to be doubly sure. Eat one. Then decide if you want to cook it longer or not.
