Simple treat for a bunch of football loving kids.
All you need:
- A bar (500 grams) of compound chocolate. In a supermarket this will cost about Indian Rupees 180. In a baking supplies shop, it will be Indian Rupees 110.
- Chocolate Moulds. You can easily find them on shopping websites.
A bar of chocolate will easily fill up about 4 moulds with some to spare.
Melt the chocolate in a microwave safe dish. Do it in intervals of 30 seconds. Stir between each interval. When its fully liquefied, use a ladle and pour into individual moulds. Shake the mould to free up trapped air bubbles. Do not skip this step. Reserve a little chocolate in the microwave dish.
Let it cool and harden. This can take around 30 mins. Put it in a freezer for a 5 mins. This will help free them up from a mould. Pop out the domes.
Warm up the left over chocolate in the microwave dish. Use it like glue to stick two domes together to make a ball.
Easy Peasy, Lemon Squeezy. Enjoy.
