Mutton Shoulder Fry

Part 1:

  • Whole shoulder, get the bones cracked up.
  • Chilly Powder.
  • Turmeric Powder.
  • Salt.
  • Half a cup of Water.

Part 2:

  • The cooked shoulder.
  • Oil for frying.
  • Lots of chopped garlic.
  • Curry leaves.
  • Ground up pepper.

Recipe is simple. Just cook the lamb shoulder till its soft and ready to fall of the bone. Then fry it in it oil with the spices.
