Chicken Shami Kabab

The best thing to make fresh but ahead of time.

Pressure Cook together:

  • Boneless Chicken Breast : 300 grams.
  • One Chopped Onion.
  • Coconut.
  • Channa Daal, two tablespoons, soaked for sometime in water.
  • Turmeric Powder.
  • Chilly Powder.
  • Garam Masala Powder.
  • Whole Black Pepper.
  • Ginger Garlic Paste.
  • Green Chilies.
  • A little oil.

Once cooked, dry it up on high flame. Make a paste and pan fry.

Enjoy.
