The healthiest way to increase your protein intake.
- Chicken Breasts.
- Pepper Corns
Fill a pan with water. It should be a little more than half full. Dissolve salt in water and adjust it. It should be palatable with just a hint of excess. Drop in a whole chicken breast, quartered onion, smashed garlic and pepper corns.
Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium. cook uncovered like this for exactly 10 mins. Switch off the stove, cover the pan and leave it for atleast 10 minutes. You can remove and slice it anytime after that.
Drain away the water. Cut the chicken into small pieces. serve along with onion, garlic and pepper. Season with any thing else you want.
This is also a great filler for sandwiches.
