Lamb leg steak, Pressure Cooked!!!

I had a couple of ideas to prepare a steak the traditional way but my wife really prefers to have tender and slightly overcooked mutton. So this simple way to let the steak hold it’s shape and also become so tender that it melts in the mouth.

Arranged carrots on the base of a pressure pan. Rubbed a paste of coriander, green chilly, salt and olive oil over the meat. Placed it on the carrots.

Pressure cook on high till first whistle. Continue on medium heat for about fifteen minutes.

Once pressure dissipates, remove the mutton and dry up the carrots.

Serve with any other grilled or roasted vegetables.
