A simple way to a heart healthy recipe.
Coconut oil or ghee, heat it up and saute some ginger garlic paste with turmeric and red chilli powder. Add in a couple of chicken pieces and mix well. Season with salt. Use only low to medium heat. Cover and cook for about fifteen minutes.
Add any vegetable preferably leafy greens. Used here is Malabar Spinach because it’s the easiest to use. Cover and cook for another ten mins. Then cook uncovered at high heat to dry it up.
Super yummy and very versatile way to a easy dinner.
