Can it get easier than this.
- Pomfret, thick slices.
- Red chilly powder.
- Coriander powder, very little.
- Garlic paste.
- Ginger paste, half the amount of garlic paste.
- Lemon juice.
Mix all the spices, lemon juice and salt and taste them before you apply on the fish. Adjust according to taste. Expect the salt and spice to reduce when its cooked, so balance accordingly.
Apply all over the fish and let it marinate for 30 mins.
Shallow fry in oil.
