Super simple and yum.
You Need:
- 200 Grams of boneless mutton.
- 2 Onions, quartered.
- 1 Tomato, halved.
- A fistful of Garlic.
- Split Bengal Gram, two tablespoons, soaked in water for 15-20 minutes.
- Any generic mutton masala or garam masala about 2 tablespoons.
- Bread crumbs.
- Salt
Combine all the ingredients except the breadcrumbs and pressure cook along with about a cup full of water. Give it one whistle on high and then simmer for about 20 minutes.
After the pressure has dissipated on its own, open the cooker and cook on high heat. If you like stronger flavors add a little more mutton masala at this point. Make a guess on how much water is there. Add half that volume of breadcrumbs. Mix well and start mashing everything together. Use a strong spoon and give is a nice bit of muscle.
You can always use a blender but this feels better.
Once everything has cooled, make into any shape you prefer. If you want you can add things like chopped onions, coriander etc to add more flavors.
Deep fry. These will go great with just about anything or even on their own.
Enjoy.
