A very simple recipe.
- Chicken legs with some deep slits.
- Sumac Powder about a teaspoon for two legs.
- Hot Sauce as per taste.
- Garam Masala as per taste.
- Olive oil, enough to coat the chicken.
Mix all the ingredients and let it marinate for about 10-15 minutes. Heat a pan and brown the chicken for about 3-4 minutes. Then cook covered on low heat about about 7-8 minutes. Uncover and cook on high till all the collected moisture has evaporated and the chicken is fully cooked.
Let it rest for at lest 5 mins before digging in.
