Missing restaurants? Nah. Not Really.
You Need:
- Boneless Chicken.
- Corn Flour, 1 tablespoon.
- All purpose flour, 1 tablespoon.
- The juice of 2 Lemons.
- Red Chilly Powder, 1 tablespoon.
- Turmeric Powder, 1/2 teaspoon.
- Coriander Powder 1 teaspoon.
- Chopped Garlic, lots.
- A chopped Onion.
- A chopped capsicum.
- Oil for frying.
- Salt.
Cut the chicken in to bite sized pieces. Marinate the chicken with garlic, lemon juice, red chilly power, coriander powder, turmeric and salt. Let it marinate for a couple of hours.
Remove chicken from the wet marinade. Do not discard the marinade. Sprinkle corn flour and flour on the chicken. It should be covered in the flour but do not work it too much.
Let it sit for a couple of mins. Then deep fry in oil. Cook till the chicken is almost cooked but not fully cooked. Remove the chicken. In another pan, heat a little oil. Saute capsicum, onion and some garlic. If you like add in some chopped green chilies as well.
Mix a teaspoon of cornflour into the left over marinade to make a slurry. Add the fried chicken and the slurry to the pan. Cook on high heat for some 5-6 mins but take care to avoid overcooking.
Enjoy.
