A simple one pot keto meal for new cooks.
- Chicken legs and thighs.
- Button Mushrooms, cut into quarters. Preferably get thick mushrooms.
- Garlic Salt.
- Ground Pepper.
Heat about a tablespoon of oil. Add the chicken and cook covered on low heat, covered for about 10 minutes. Add garlic salt and pepper. Mix well and again cook covered on low heat for 10 minutes.
Add mushrooms and chopped up coriander. Continue cooking on low heat, while covered for another 10 minutes.
Open. Check for salt and if needed add more pepper as well.
There will be moisture collected in the pan. Use high heat to dry it up. Garnish with fresh coriander.
