Salmon Snaps

Super simple yet super stylish.

You need:

  • About 40 grams of Salmon. That is approximately a quarter of a slice.
  • A zucchini cut into rings.
  • Pepper powder.
  • Garlic cloves.
  • Greek Yogurt or Cream cheese.

Cut the Salmon into small pieces. Make sure there are no bones. Season the Salmon with pepper.

Arrange the zucchini rings on a foil wrapped baking tray. Distribute the Salmon on top on the rings.

Into a preheated oven at 180C for 30 minutes. At the fifteen minute mark, open the oven and put the garlic cloves inside.

Let it rest for at least 10 mins. When barely warm to touch, put some Greek yogurt on alternate rings. Chop up the garlic and spread it on top.

Enjoy.
