Beets and Feta Salad
Boiled Beets, which you can speed up using a pressure cooker. Chop into small pieces. Feta about 50 grams. Dressing is 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and a teaspoon of black pepper powder. Combine everything and enjoy a salty sweet dish.
