Fish baked in Sorrel Sauce

  Sorrel leaves are called as Chukke Ki Bhaji in Hindi and usually cooked with meat. They have a lovely tangy flavor profile. Heat a little oil and wilt the sorrel leaves. Add tomatoes and some salt.
