Grilled Mackerel on bed of Spinach.

Dry roast spices like cumin, fenugreek, coriander, pepper and ajwain. Add a green chilly and blend in a mixie. Note that fenugreek may impart a little bitterness in this dish. Fry this paste in ghee.
