Fish Fingers

Party Snack.

Make a dry mix with 3 parts of flour (maida) and 1 part of corn flour. Season this with salt, chilly powder, turmeric and anything dry.

Add boneless fish fillets cut into finger sized pieces. I used Basa but the same will work with any white fish.

With very dry fingers toss the fish to coat it well with the dry mix.

Deep fry.

Enjoy.
