
If you have the time to cook but not the time to actually cook this is the dish for it.
- Boneless Mutton : 500 grams.
- 5-6 Whole Large Tomatoes.
- 2 Tablespoons of Ghee.
- Some Peppercorns.
- 5-6 Green chillies.
- Turmeric powder.
- Salt.
- Coriander.
Only remove the stem part of the tomatoes, do not cut or chop them up.
In a heavy pan, combine all the ingredients except the coriander. and then switch on the heat. When the pan heats up, lower the heat, cover it up and leave it for about 30 minutes.
Open the pan. Add coriander. Stir it up and let it continue cooking on low heat with the lid on. Check after 15 minutes to see if the meat has become tender. By now the tomatoes would have fully broken down. Smash them up. Get to full heat. Dry it up.
