Its very difficult to actually call this as a recipe. Its more a combination of ingredients in a ratio that sort of makes it a cohesive dish.
- Bajra Flour : 3 Parts.
- Besan Or Chick Pea flour : 1 part.
- Rice Flour: 1 part.
Seasoning: All of these as per taste.
- Chilly Powder.
- Turmeric Powder.
- Cumin Seeds.
- Ajwain Seeds.
- Anything else you like.
- A teaspoon of cooking soda.
- Curd about half a cup.
- Water to get everything into a batter consistency.
Combine all ingredients and then let them sit for a couple of minutes. This helps them get together. Get a well seasoned tawa to a good heat. Pour and spread like a dosa. Drizzle a little oil. Flip once or twice.
