Chicken Thighs marinated in a mix of ginger garlic paste, curd, lemon juice, chilly powder, turmeric, salt and some butter milk. Remove pieces and let the excess liquid drain out before frying.
Dip the chicken in corn flour, then in seasoned and beaten eggs, panko bread crumbs.
Deep fry for about 12 minutes or so till the chicken is fully cooked.
