Moringa Leaves

Drumstick leaves, maybe its a superfood or maybe its not. But one thing you can be sure of is the yummy taste they have.

  • Moringa Leaves.
  • Turmeric Powder.
  • Grated Coconut.
  • Sesame Oil.
  • Cumin Seeds.
  • Chilly, sliced up.
  • Onion, chopped up.
  • Garlic, chopped up.

Wash the leaves after discarding the stems. Sprinkle turmeric powder, coconut and salt on them. Mix well.

Heat oil. Sauté the chilly and cumin seeds. Then add the onion and garlic. Cook on medium heat till the raw smell is gone. Add the greens and cook on medium heat. Keep stirring occasionally.

Cook uncovered and don’t cook till they become mulch. Roughly 7-8 minutes into the cooking, taste a couple of leaves and check if they are done.
