A easy-peasy meal with chicken wings and bell pepper.
- Chicken Wings with skin.
- Paprika Powder.
- A pinch of turmeric.
- Salt.
- Bell Peppers.
- Whole Garlic with root cut off.
Rub the paprika, turmeric and salt over the chicken. Marinate for sometime.
Wrap aluminum foil over a oven tray. Place the sliced bell peppers on it. Keep grill tray on top and arrange the chicken pieces on top of it. Put a whole garlic along with the chicken.
Grill in a preheated oven for about 30 to 40 mins at 180C. Occasionally turn the chicken over. Give it an extra 5 mins at much higher heat with only top heat.
