By now you will know that I use very few ingredients. This has 4 ingredients.
- Fresh Sardines.
- Pepper crushed in a pestle.
- Mustard Oil.
- Salt
Mix pepper and salt. Add mustard oil to it. Coat the fish with this sticky oil.
Heat a pan. Place the fish and let it sizzle away. Cook on low heat. When the fish lets go of the pan, flip it over. When the other side is also able to let go of the pan on its own, the fish is cooked. You can continue to cook it at a slightly higher heat to make the skin a lil more crispy.
Enjoy.
