A simple fish fry is the source of purest joy in the kitchen.
- Silver Pomfret, each fish was about 100-120 grams in weight.
- Paprika or Kashmiri Chili or Deghi Mirch.
- Coriander Powder.
- Cumin Powder.
- A tablespoon of Mustard oil per fish.
Rub the spices on the fish. Get a thick pan to good heat. Carefully place the fish and put its marinade on top of it. When the fish releases on its own or with just a little coaxing, flip it over.
