Silver Pomfret Fry

A simple fish fry is the source of purest joy in the kitchen.

  • Silver Pomfret, each fish was about 100-120 grams in weight.
  • Paprika or Kashmiri Chili or Deghi Mirch.
  • Coriander Powder.
  • Cumin Powder.
  • Salt.
  • A tablespoon of Mustard oil per fish.

Rub the spices on the fish. Get a thick pan to good heat. Carefully place the fish and put its marinade on top of it. When the fish releases on its own or with just a little coaxing, flip it over.

Enjoy.
