It does not get easier than this!
- Atlantic Salmon.
- Sage Leaves.
- Ground Pepper.
- Olive oil
Chop the sage leaves and garlic.
Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Place the fish on it. Lightly rub olive oil on the fish. Then carefully coat it with freshly ground pepper and a layer of chopped up sage and garlic.
Into a preheated oven at 200C for about 12-15 mins. Actual cooking time will vary depending on the thickness of the fish.
