Super Quick Paalak Paneer

Total time about 20 mins or so.

You Need:

  • Paneer : 200 grams, crumbled.
  • Spinach : a couple of bunches, washed and thinly sliced.
  • Chopped Garlic.
  • Chopped Green Chilies.
  • A little turmeric powder.
  • Two tablespoons of Ghee.
  • Kasuri Methi, 2 fistfuls.
  • Salt.

Saute the green chilly, garlic and turmeric in hot ghee. When its turned fragrant add the spinach. Cook for about 5 mins. Season with salt. Add the crumbled paneer.

Saute till all the water released from the spinach has evaporated. Sprinkle the crushed kasuri methi.

Enjoy.
