Total time about 20 mins or so.
- Paneer : 200 grams, crumbled.
- Spinach : a couple of bunches, washed and thinly sliced.
- Chopped Garlic.
- Chopped Green Chilies.
- A little turmeric powder.
- Two tablespoons of Ghee.
- Kasuri Methi, 2 fistfuls.
Saute the green chilly, garlic and turmeric in hot ghee. When its turned fragrant add the spinach. Cook for about 5 mins. Season with salt. Add the crumbled paneer.
Saute till all the water released from the spinach has evaporated. Sprinkle the crushed kasuri methi.
