
5 mins of prep work for a splendid dish.
You Need:
- Tilapia Fillet.
- Finely Chopped Garlic.
- Ground Black Pepper.
- Lemon Juice.
- Chilly Flakes.
- Olive Oil.
- Salt.
Rub all the ingredients on the fish. Lay it on a baking tray, which is lined with parchment paper.
In an oven at 180C for about 20 mins or till the fish is cooked.
Let it rest for 5 minutes.
Enjoy.
Great recipes & easy to cook, but Ingredients with measurements would be so much more appreciated. 🙂

In recipes like this measurements are not really needed. Just use in what ever quantity you like. You like it hot, more pepper. You like more garlic , add more garlic…
