- Fresh Cream. Used Amul 1 Liter Tetrapack.
- Condensed Milk, one tin. Used Nestle Milkmaid.
- Vanilla Essence as per taste.
Chill the fresh cream. Use a hand blender to whisk it. Its not important that the cream gets peaks. Its however very important that the consistency of the cream is uniformly smooth.
Add the vanilla essence and then the condensed milk, while continuing to whisk it.
If you would like a smoother ice cream, whisk it every 30-40 mins for 2-3 minutes. This will also help set the ice cream faster as the coldness will spread uniformly.
Or leave it over night for a treat next day after lunch.
