You Need:
- Sardines
- Lemon Juice
- Garlic, mashed.
- Coriander Seeds.
- Fresh Coriander.
- Pepper Corns.
- Oil.
- Salt.
Dry roast the pepper corn and coriander seeds. Smash them into a powder. Combine all the ingredients but taste it before you add the fish. Balance accordingly. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Grill in an oven at 180C for 25 mins.
