
Broccoli Hummus
You Need:
- Broccoli florets.
- Garlic, lots of it.
- 15 Almonds, soaked in hot water.
- Chilly Flakes.
- Pepper Corns.
- Olive Oil.
- Milk.
- Salt.
Spread out the broccoli florets on a baking tray along with garlic. Sprinkle salt and drizzle olive oil.
Roast in an oven at 180 for about 25 minutes.
While its roasting, Soak almonds in hot water and leave it till the water cools down. Remove the skin. Pound the almonds in a pestle.
When the broccoli is done roasting, take the garlic and pound it along with the almonds.
Put broccoli, almond+garlic paste, a little more olive oil, chilly flakes and pepper corns in a blender and puree it. Balance the salt Add milk to get desired consistency.
