You Need:
- Spaghetti.
- Broccoli.
- A teaspoon of olive oil.
- One small onion chopped fine.
- Garlic chopped fine.
- Butter, 2 tablespoons.
- Flour (Maida), 1 tablespoon.
- Pasta Seasoning.
- Milk, approx one cup.
- Salt.
Get salted water to a boil. Add the Spaghetti and the broccoli. Broccoli will cook before the spaghetti, so remove it when it has softened. Drain and keep aside. Remove spaghetti when its cooked and add a teaspoon of olive oil to it. This will prevent it from sticking together.
Melt a tablespoon of butter. Saute the onion and garlic in it. When the raw smell is gone add the spinach.
Add another tablespoon of butter. When its fully melted, add flour. Keep mixing till its cooked but not yet browned. Slowly add in the milk and keep stirring to avoid lumps.
Taste and adjust seasoning. Add the broccoli and smash it into the white sauce.
Add the spaghetti and mix well. Leaved covered with the stove off for at least 10 minutes.
Enjoy.
