I don’t need to repeat what I feel about the Mackerels.
- Mackerel Fillets : I don’t remove the bones as I give it to my cats.
- Lemon Juice.
- Finely chopped and mashed garlic.
- Finely diced green chilly.
- A little sesame oil.
Combine together all the ingredients. Lay the fish, skin side up on a baking tray covered in foil.
In a preheated oven. 15 minutes on 180C and 5 mins on 220 C.
