My son loves chicken and my daughter loves potatoes. A perfect dish for both of them.
- Chicken Legs. Make some deep slits.
- Baby potatoes, unpeeled and cut into two pieces.
- Red Chilly Flakes.
- Dried Oregano.
- Garlic, lots of it. Smash and make into a paste.
- Sesame oil.
Combine all the ingredients except the chicken. Taste it and adjust accordingly.
Add the chicken and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes. But it’s better if you do it longer.
Wrap up a baking tray with foil and spread everything on it. Bake in a preheated oven for at least 35 minutes at 180C and another 10 minutes at 210C. While baking, turn the chicken every 15 minutes.
Let it rest for about 5 minutes after removing from the oven.
