Juicy chicken and spicy florets.
- Boneless Chicken Breast.

- Any oil with strong taste like Mustard oil.
Smash in the garlic and green chilly in a mortar-pestle. Add in the oil and salt.
Place chicken at the bottom of a baking pan. The florets on top. Pour in the smashed garlic with chilly in oil. Top it with cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for about 30 minutes. Don’t worry about overcooking the chicken breast because its protected by the florets on top.
