Perfect for lunch boxes.
You Need:
- A cup of cooked Pasta.
- Two Bell Peppers, diced.
- Dill Leaves, chopped up.
- A tablespoon of butter.
- Prawns.
- Garlic.
- Black Pepper.
- Olive or Sesame oil.
- Lemon Juice.
Pound the garlic and pepper into a paste. Add in the oil and lemon juice. Marinade the prawns in this for 15 minutes.
Roast the bell peppers in a hot pan. This is mostly to dry them out. Add the dill leaves and butter. Mix well and then add the pasta. Coat evenly and remove from the pan.
Saute the prawns. When they are cooked add in the pasta with bell peppers.
Mix everything and pack it up for lunch.
