This recipe works with both prawns and boneless chicken. I made both in the same pan one after the other. But cooked the prawns before I cooked the chicken.
You need:
- Boneless Chicken, cut into small bite sized pieces.
- Prawns, cleaned and de-veined.
- Dill Leaves.
- Pepper Corns.
- Garlic.
- Ginger.
- Olive Oil or Sesame oil (My Preference).
- Butter.
- Salt.
While you can use a blender, a mortar-pestle will give much better results. For best results, chop everything into small pieces before smashing them together. Adjust the quantities of the ingredients as you go along.
Rub this fragrant oil all over the chicken and prawns. Keep them separate.
In a non stick pan, melt some butter. Saute the prawns. Remove and in the same pan add some more butter and now saute the chicken.
