Sardines..Double the Health.

How do you make sardines healthier…cook them in coconut oil.

You Need:

  • Sardines about a kilo.
  • Coconut oil, two tablespoons.
  • Garlic Paste, two teaspoons.
  • Pepper powder, Red Chilly powder in a combination based on your preference.
  • Turmeric powder.
  • Salt.

You will need a nonstick pan with a glass lid.

Rub everything on the fish. Spread everything on the pan. Do this before you keep it on the stove. The fish should not be stacked on top of each other.

Give high heat for 2 minutes. Then cook covered on low heat for about 7-8 minutes.

Open and carefully flip the fish. Increase the heat and move the fish to the sides. Accumulate the masala in the middle of the pan and let it cook off. Fish is done when its meat and bones start to separate.
