A super simple recipe for very juicy fish.
- Fresh Mackerel.
- Salt, a teaspoon per fish.
- Peppercorns, a teaspoon per fish.
- Olive oil, a teaspoon per fish.
Dry roast the salt and peppercorns on low heat. When the peppercorns start popping, take it off the heat and let them cool a little. Now add the garlic and again dry roast till the garlic gets a little brown.
Grind into a powder and combine with olive oil. Rub it all over the fish.
Roast the fish on a grill pan or the oven.
