A simple and easy snack or meal.
- A can of tuna in oil.
- Half a cup of breadcrumbs.
- An egg.
- Chopped Garlic.
- Black pepper as per taste.
Combine everything including the oil in the tuna tin and mash it together. Use a spoon a make it into a one thick paste with a consistency that lets you shape it without it falling apart.
Leave it aside for at least 15 minutes. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Shape into cutlets and bake at 180C in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
When you remove from the oven, there will be some oil that has leaked from the cutlets. Leave the tray as it is. The oil will get absorbed back by the cutlets.
Serve with any condiment or just eat them as they are.
