Potato starch available in most online stores is the trick!!!
- Four Chicken breasts, flattened.
- One egg.
- A tablespoon of ginger garlic paste.
- Chilly powder as per your preference.
- Turmeric powder.
- Potato starch, spread out in a plate.
Mix together the egg and spices. Marinate chicken in it for about fifteen to twenty minutes.
Dip in potato starch. Cover completely.
Pan fry or deep fry till done.
I used a digital thermometer to be sure because the chicken was completely covered and it was difficult to make out if it was cooked. Removed from oil at 74C and then let it rest for about 5 minutes.
