Super juicy chicken legs with fresh dill leaves.
- Couple of Chicken Legs.
- Tablespoon of oil per chicken leg.
- A pinch of turmeric per chicken leg.
- A teaspoon of paprika per chicken leg.
- Some chopped green chilies.
- Garlic Powder and some garlic pods.
- Chopped dill leaves.
- A little grated Parmesan cheese.
Mix the oil, paprika, garlic powder, green chilies and salt. Rub this all over the chicken legs. Let them marinate for a couple of minutes.
Heat a pan. When its hot, spread out the chicken legs. Let it to sizzle away for about 5 minutes and then reduce the heat. Cook covered for about 10 minutes.
Open the lid and add in the garlic pods and dill leaves. Cook covered for another 10 mins at low heat.
Increase the heat to start drying it up. Add the grated Parmesan cheese. Mix well and switch off the heat. Let the chicken rest for at least 5-6 minutes in the pan.
Remove chicken and serve.
Additional tip: After removing the chicken, reheat the pan. Add in cooked white rice and let it soak in all the leftover spices. It will clean up the pan and also give you the tastiest rice to eat with the chicken.
