Pan Roasted Asparagus with Parmesan

Found some tender stalks in a supermarket. So of course I had to pick them up along with some Parmesan. The total cooking time for this is less than 5 minutes.

You Need:

  • A bunch of tender Asparagus. Chop off the woody ends.
  • A tablespoon of Olive Oil.
  • A teaspoon of grated Parmesan cheese.

Heat a pan, lay out the stalks. After a minute, drizzle the olive oil. Play with the pan by rolling it around. This will coat the oil all over the asparagus. They will be cooked in another 2-3 minutes. Sprinkle the Parmesan. Continue swirling the pan as this end up caramelizing the cheese as well.

Serve and sprinkle some more cheese. Pepper is optional.
