I love Salmon for quick dinners like Iftar during the month of Ramzan. Cooks really fast and it tastes so good.
You Need:
- A slice of Salmon at room temperature.
- Salt and Pepper to season it.
- Garlic cloves. Take as many as you want and then double it. Chop them up.
- Juice of a lemon.
- Two pieces of butter. Each approximately 1/2 inch squares.
Melt a piece of butter. Saute the garlic till the raw smell is gone. Divide the garlic into two portions. Arrange one of the portions into the same size as the salmon. Place the seasoned salmon on top of this garlic arrangement.
Scoop the remaining garlic on top of the fish. Put the remaining butter around the fish. Let it cook till the color change is over 75% of the fish. Carefully flip it over.
Now some of the garlic, which was below the fish would have fallen around the pan. Aad the juice of the lemon. Use it to mix into garlic and scoop it back over the fish.
Serve when the fish is done and scoop the butter and garlic back on top of it.
Enjoy.
