Simple recipe for a fish that is the easiest to cook.
- A thick slice of Salmon.
- A teaspoon of Paprika.
- Juice of a lemon.
- A half teaspoon of garlic salt.
Rub the spices on the salmon. They must completely coat the fish and it should be shiny red from the paprika.
Heat a nonstick pan. Place the fish. After four minutes on medium heat, see if you are able to dislodge the fish. If it moves, then flip it over. After three minutes, see if this side is also free from the pan. Hold the fish so as to sear the skin on all the sides.
I served this slice with some crushed seaweed. But it also goes great with sauteed spinach.
