Ready made puff pastry is one of the best things to make a quick treat.
- Puff Pastry cut into long strips. The strip must be 3 times the length of a cheese slice and about a centimeter wider than it.
- Fresh spinach leaves.
- Red pepper, thin strips.
- Two cheese slices per puff.
- Some paprika.
- Salt is optional and not really needed.
- A little milk or an egg wash.
Place a cheese slice on the end of the pastry strip. Put the red pepper strips. Place spinach. Sprinkle paprika. Cover with another cheese slice. Warp it up. Seal the ends of the pastry. Egg or Milk wash.
Keep on a baking tray with a parchment paper to make clean up easy.
Into a pre-heated oven at 200C for 20 minutes.
Let it cool before slicing and serving.
