The fish is a simple fry. The Mushrooms and Capsicum make it complete platter.
You Need:
- Mushrooms, quartered.
- Capsicum, roughly chopped.
- Any Spice Mix. I use those extra packets, which come with Pizza.
- Garlic paste, a tablespoon
- Soy Sauce, A tablespoon.
- Corn Flour, half a teaspoon.
- Coriander leaves.
- Butter and Olive Oil.
Heat about teaspoon of butter with a tablespoon of olive oil. Saute the mushrooms on high heat. When they have browned up, add the garlic paste and capsicum. Try and keep the heat on high. It will occasionally get too hot and you may want to reduce for a minute or two. But see to it that while its not burning, the steady sizzling sound is always there.
Add the seasoning and soy sauce. Reduce heat.
Dissolve the corn flour in a about 3 tablespoons of water. Slowly drizzle a few drops at a time. Sort of like trying to loosen the bits stuck to the pan.
Check for seasoning.
Enjoy with either fried fish or grilled chicken.
