Baby Corn is an excellent source of fiber and is packed with nutrients. It also needs hardly any prep work and is literally the best finger food you can find. A pack of baby corn is usually 200 grams in weight. That is just 52 calories from this low carb veggie.

You Need:

  • Baby Corn.
  • Butter.
  • Chilly flakes or pepper.

Get a small nonstick pan hot. Wash the baby corn and shake it a little to get the water off it. Add them to the pan but do not overcrowd it. Let them sizzle away for 2-3 minutes. Whatever moisture was on them must be gone. As they get a little bit of color, add in a small piece of butter. Spin the pan around so that the butter spreads and melts around the pan. The baby corn will get coated in it. You just need to remember that you need less butter than you think you should use. Just a quarter teaspoon is enough.

Sprinkle some salt and chilly. Remove from pan.

Pair it with some fruits for a clean and healthy breakfast.

Enjoy.
