Guava & Salsa


This is more of an idea than a recipe.

Cut Guava into crescents.

Top with a simple salsa made with chopped tomato, chilly flakes mint leaves and salt. Don’t use a very ripe tomato and instead choose one which is almost ripe. This will have a little more sourness and go well.

You are not limited by the ingredients or options. Guava provides a very good base for a beautiful snack.

Garnish with toasted sesame and flax seeds for a nice crunch.
