Grilled Dinner

When you want Keto but no work.

You Need:

  • Chinese Cabbage, sliced vertically in half.
  • An Onion, Sliced in Half.
  • Chicken Breast. Patted dry.

Marinade:

  • Mustard Oil.
  • Garlic Powder.
  • Pepper Powder.
  • Lemon Juice.

Mix together the marinade and rub it over the cabbage, onion and chicken. On a hot grill pan. The cabbage and onion will be done first. When chicken hits 65C, its done. Get it out and let it rest for a five minutes.

A lil chopped tomato is always a better option than some sugar loaded condiment.
